#18 top crash on Windows for Nightly 20161030030204, 9 crashes from 2 installations. Low volume now, but Nightly 20161030030204 is the first observation of this signature.
Can this happen only when pipelining prefs are non-default?  It seems like not..

right.. that's a non standard config. bears watching but I would be shocked if it stayed a highly ranked issu
