1314776 - Create a pref that will add FLAG_SECURE for the entire app.

Orfox (Tor for Android) applies this setting to the entire app. It would be great to create pref for this that Orfox can enable.

@antlam: I wonder whether we should expose such a setting to our users too. With this flag the app content will not show up in the recent apps screen or in screenshots. From the docs: "[..] treat the content of the window as secure, preventing it from appearing in screenshots or from being viewed on non-secure displays."

I attached a screenshot showing the recent apps screens without and with the flag set.

I'm not sure about the entire app. But this could be extremely useful if we could use it for Private Browsing tabs. Is that possible?

It would be useful for some of our past designs re: private tabs too if we could customize this visual too.
