For fresh installation of Mozilla, the any favorite in Imported IE Favorites
that has blank space, the space was shown as %20% instead.

Reporter: In future, please always include your build ID and OS in your bug
reports.  Also, please check for duplicates before reporting bugs.  (This bug is
also mentioned in the 0.9.9 release notes.)

timeless: just fyi, this bug doesn't appear in duplicates.cgi yet (it's only
been duped 12 times, which isn't enough).  A better link (and one which might be
better to go on the bug page instead of straight duplicates.cgi, maybe I'll
bother someone about that) is one sorted by dupes filed in, say, the last two weeks:
