For instance, "My Home Page" is "My%20Home%20Page". It wasn't this way in 0.9.8 but it occurred after I installed 0.9.9. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install Mozilla 0.9.9 over 0.9.8. 2. 3.
