It would be great to have tests to verify that generated TC graphs comply with the schema http://schemas.taskcluster.net/scheduler/v1/task-graph.json
I tried to refactor the tasks to use task-level dependencies in bug 1316340, but hit some limits set in the schema (max 100 tasks).

I think we get schema validation for free in in-tree graph generation. Fixed for Fx59+.
