bug 99940 morphed, and instead of morphing it back, the original intent has been
moved here:
"Running "mozilla.exe -kill" (exit turbo mode) while Mozilla isn't running
produces a browser window, and if quick launch is enabled, turns it on.
Running "mozilla.exe -kill" should have no effect in that case."

removing plus. Mike, please don't mark any bugs as nsbeta1+, that keyword is
only for the triage team that owns the bug. I'm resolving this as a dup anyway,
because morphing is evil. 99940 should mean exactly what you originally
reported, and anyone who wants to change that should open their own bug.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 99940 ***

Sorry, but I wasn't sure whether it was the original intent of the bug that was
nsbeta1+ or the morphed intent. I figured it'd be better to have both on the
radar than risk having one slip through.
I've moved the morphed intent to a new bug. bug 132641
verifying dup.

No problem Mike, there's no way you would have known, and everything else you
did was very helpful. Thanks for migrating the morphage to a new bug too!

removing blocker status to bug 75599 and bug 123821, since dupes shouldn't
block. Confirmed that duped bug 99940 blocks instead.
