Steps to reproduce:
-> Load http://www.telegraph.co.uk/premium/product/
--> Assertion failure after some 10-30 seconds loading this site 

seems affect debug builds from beta -> trunk

Probably the same issue as bug 1312362. Let's wait for bug 1298218 to land.

Mark 50/51 fix-optional and track 51- as only debug builds are affected.

not tracking for 52, as it sounds like this depends on bug 1298218 which doesn't look like an uplift candidate
