131760 - When advancing to next message (after a delete or read operation), Mozilla should skip deleted messages

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up the mailnews window for an IMAP account with configured for Mark deleted
2. Populate the account with at least 4 new messages.  Call them messages A, B,
C, and D (shown in that order in the mail list)
3. Command-click messages B and D and delete them.  Notice that the X appears on
the icon to indicate that they are deleted
4. Read message A.  When done, delete it (using either the delete key or the
toolbar button)
5. Notice that the selection then moves to deleted message B, instead of the
next non-deleted unread message, C.


Actual Results:  Selection moved to deleted message (read or unread), rather
than to the next undeleted message

Expected Results:  Selection should move to next undeleted message (as it does
in Comm 4.x)
