Steps to reproduce:

1.Launch firefox and go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list
2.Click on top project:chromium link to get a dropdown


Actual results:

Should be able to see dropdown options


Expected results:

But unable to see dropdown options

This issue is not seen with chrome browser

Works fine for me also - tested on the latest Nightly 53 and Firefox 49 (Build ID: 20160920074044). 

Sindhu - could you update to the latest Firefox version and see if the issue is still reproducible?

If yes, could you please check if the issue is reproducible using Firefox with a new profile or in safe mode?
