Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit above URL
2. Click on ABSTRACTACTION (bottom left frame)
3. Scroll down to "Constructor Summary" (middle frame)
4. Click on "AbstractAction()" which is linked to a target
5. Page will jump to the top, instead of jumping to the target location
