Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly.
2. Install all Norton toolbars: https://identitysafe.norton.com/client?server=1
Expected Result:
Toolbars should be installed.
Actual Result:
"Norton Security Toolbar" does not install on Firefox.
Installs and works fine with Google chrome.
