Environment: 
Device: Nexus 9 (Android 7.0);
Build: Nightly  53.0a2 (2016-11-18);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox in portrait mode;
2. Go to Menu -> Settings -> Mozilla;
3. Tap on "Give feedback" sub-menu option;
4. Observe the UI of the Feedback Page.
Optional:
5. Tap on "I ran into some problems" option;
6. Write something in the "Enter your feedback here" input, then tap on "Send feedback".

Expected result:
4. Content of the Page is centered. 

Actual result:
4. Content of the page tends to the right side of the screen, the page can be scrolled horizontally;
5. Content of the page tends to the right side of the screen, the page can be scrolled horizontally;
6. Content of "Thank you" page also tends to the right side of the screen, the page can be scrolled horizontally.

Notes:
On portrait mode is more visible.
