Details

(Whiteboard: [multiviewport] [reserve-rdm])

[Affected versions]:
- Windows 10x64, Mac OS X 10.11.6, Ubuntu 16.04x64.

[Affected platforms]:
- Firefox 53.0a1 (2016-11-18), Firefox 52.0a2 (2016-11-16)

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Enable RDM.
3. Click on the devices dropdown button in order to reveal the devices list.
4. Using the arrows from the keyboard, navigate through devices.
5. Click outside the devices list. (On Mac OS X and Ubuntu OSs, click twice)

[Expected result]:
- The viewport is not changing it's state and 'no devices selected' is still displayed.

[Actual result]:
- The options from the selected device are applied.

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression since the issue is also reproducible on the Firefox Nightly(2016-03-22) build, when the list of devices was first introduced.

[Additional notes]:
- As another expected result, from my perspective, when going through the devices list using the keyboard arrows, the applied device from the bar should not be changed, until the user hits the Enter key or click over an available device. See the behavior while hoovering the mouse cursor over the devices.
