Steps to reproduce:
Run the indexBug.html example join...
Actual results:
2 options of the select are disabled. The style is no longer applied in Firefox 50 but work great in Firefox 49.
Expected results:
font color yellow, backgounf red and font bold for disabled options...
Run with Chrome for see expected result.
