The purpose of this experiment is to test various alternative copy treatments on the standalone newsletter opt-in page at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/mozilla/, in an attempt to get 10% more sign ups via that channel.

Code passed initial review. However, we'd like to get a version string (e.g. "?v=1") into parameters of the source_url input on the form. Will add this via Optimizely javascript and ask for a 2nd review.

:jpetto, I added code to set a variation number, and some (fairly naive but probably adequate) code to add it to the hidden form field containing the source URL. I also replaced replaceWith with text. Can you r?
