I have installed a fresh mozilla, and it fails during the creating of the
profile because of a error in one of the XUL/XML files.
Therefore the build is unuseable!

2002-03-06 is old and the bug should be already fixed.
we would detect such error because this is part of the smoektests.

isn't this a dupe of bug 131351?
Which really should be a dupe of 131016. I ran into both of these last night
and the work-around discussed in 131016 fixed both problems. Verifying.
