when opening a new composition window, address field doesn't have cursor,
doesn't respond to mouse click, it is not possible to enter address. Happens
only sometimes. Restart usually solves this problem.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click "compose"
2. try to type address


Actual Results:  cannot type address

Expected Results:  display typed characters

using Mozilla 0.9.9 on RedHat 7.2 Linux with KDE.
reassign to varada. I wonder if it's related to the recycled compose window
under KDE!
