Steps to reproduce:
Click "bookmark this page" button in the toolbar
In the new bookmark popup, click the arrow that expands the tree view
Actual results:
The popup scales up vertically to accomodate 7 bookmark items
Expected results:
The popup should scale up to the total bookmark list height, or to the total window height if the list does not fit
Severity: normal → enhancement
