Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Nightly 2. Resize window to 800x600 pixels 3. Go to "about:tabcrashed\" 4. Confirm the layout Actual Results: The layout is loose even if 1024x768 resolution. Regression range: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=5d1c54f240d077b6b8e141fd44b52a3b694a5dfd&tochange=8842715529605c023207c667dd82b40b43632078 Expected Results: The layout should be kept in at least 800x600 resolution.
