Changing your homepage in preferences has no effect on the tooltip for the Home
button on the Personal Toolbar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start mozilla and hold the mouse curser over Home and look at the homepage URL
that appears in the tooltip. Now go to preferences and change your homepage.
Hold the mouse curser over Home again and you will see the old URL. The Home
button works because I can click it and go to the new page, but the tooltip
still shows the old URL.
Expected Results: The tooltip should have displayed the URL of my new homepage.
