[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Disconnect all wired connections and enable wireless.
2. Open Firefox and wait a few moments.
3. Go to Menu -> Preferences -> General -> Go to "When Nightly Starts" and choose Show my windows and tabs from the last time
4. Click on  login button from Captive Portal notification bar
5. Close all the tabs except the one with Captive Portal notification tab
6. Quit/Close Nightly.  
7. Open again Nightly with the same profile and wait for a few seconds. 
 
[Expected result]:

Captive Portal notification tab is open and notification bar is no longer displayed based on the fact that you are already on Captive Portal page.
 
[Actual result]:

Captive Portal notification tab is open and notification bar is  displayed while already in the canonical link of the Captive Portal. Pressing "Show Login Page" button again will trigger another Captive Portal tab to be opened.
