control center (doorhanger) may hanger while full screen switch
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161114144739 Steps to reproduce: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 * When in fullscreen mode, the control center doorhanger opens up normally but is mis-aligned when fullscreen mode is exited. * Steps to reproduce- 1. Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ 2. Enter Full-Screen mode 3. Move mouse upwards to the top to get the Toolbar and Click to control centeral doorhanger. 4. Now with control center door-hanger open press F11 to exit out of Full-Screen mode. 5. See the mis-aligned Door-hanger. Click anywhere to close the doorhanger. This is especially terrible because now with the doorhanger mis-aligned. it covers a lot of information below it. Actual results: Actual Result: The doorhanger stays misaligned covering everything in the top-left corner of the screen until tab is closed. Expected results: Expected Result: The doorhanger should align itself.

Does it really happen on all platforms? It seems I cannot reproduce this issue on macOS and Windows.
