1320662 - Serve Firefox Nightly stub installer by default

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1304933 +++

The Windows stub installer now automatically detects 32 and 64-bit as of Firefox 53. On the desktop channel page, we should be serving it by default instead of the 32-bit full installer.
