132147 - When message composition loses focus and gets it back, caret not visible

Description

While composing a message, switching to another window and then back to the
message composition with the keyboard causes the cursor to not be visible
anymore. It still works normally, in that I can type and move around, but I
can't see it. If I click somewhere in the body of the text, the cursor reappears.

The window manager is icewm.

This does not appear to happen with forms in the browser. I haven't tried the
editor for similar behavior.

looks similar to problem related in bug 130581. Try to turn off the recycled
compose window to see if that fix your problem.

Add the following prefs into your prefs.js file:
pref("mail.compose.max_recycled_windows", 0);

Probably a duplicate. I just used the wrong terms in my search (cursor instead
of caret). But it does not seem as severe as #130581, since the window remains
usable and the caret reappears with a simple mouse click.
