User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0
Build ID: 20161129173726

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use newest Firefox Developer Edition based on GTK+3 on Linux with GNOME 3.16
2. Place the mouse cursor on the very right edge of the screen
3. Try to drag the scrollbar

Actual results:

It acts like I clicked above or below it (the zone where it occurs seems to be 1px wide).

Expected results:

The scroll bar is draggable.
Same problem with Firefox 50.0 with GTK3 3.22.

Just updated from 50.0 to 50.0.2 on Fedora with Gtk 3.22: This is now fixed :)
Even with Firefox 50.0.2 and Gtk 3.22.4 (latest versions), I still have this problem on Arch Linux.
Can you try Firefox nightly with Gtk3? Maybe Fedora has backported some recent patches.
It’s working with Firefox Aurora 52.0a2.20161206004003. I guess I just have to wait then.
Perhaps this was fixed for bug 1289148.
