Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020310
BuildID: 2002031808

Approximately half the time I reply to or compose a new message, I am unable to
edit the message header. Clicks to the To:, Subject:, etc. fields are simply
ignored. (Clicks on the dropdown list of To: CC:, Bcc:, etc are passed -- but
these are the only ones.) The result here is that mail is essentially useless.

A workaround is to click on the 'Address' *icon*, and then close that window
without doing anything. This 'unlocks' mail from whatever was causing problems.

This happens -- on a random basis -- about 50% of the times I Reply or Compose.
Messages are on an IMAP server but this doesn't seem to matter.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Read a message.
2.Hit Reply (or hit Compose)
3.Click in 'To' or 'Subject' line
4.Click is not passed through to Mozilla; I-bar cursor (if visible) remains in
message text window. Keep clicking -- nothing will be passed through to the
message header.
5.Click on 'Address' icon in menu bar.
6. Address window comes up. Close it.
7. Now can click in message header like normal.

Expected Results: Clicking on To: field should allow it to be edited.

Worked with 0.9.8; broke with 0.9.9 (and not fixed in latest nightly).
