Just doing a drive by on a needswork:owner bug- not doing much- here is a bit of info:

this seemed to pick up in frequency around Oct 10th, did a few retriggers on bc15 for linux/debug to see if this helps:

possibly in an hour or so those results will be in.
Looks like the needswork was added a few days ago, and I think our triage is generally on Thursdays now. Luca or Shane, I believe you've both done some work on WebRequest. Could one of you take a look at this intermittent?

A random sampling of several of the log files, seems the issue is in test_subframe, I'll look into it.

thanks for working on this :mixedpuppy, this continues to be a consistently high frequency failure, your work here will help!
I've been unable to reproduce this locally, but will look at it again today, see if I can work out any logic issues that could contribute.
Adding some logging and removing some unnecessary overhead.  Couldn't force it to orange in try, but will land and see how it goes.
