As mconley and Mossop found out the other day, Firefox behaves... oddly... if started in Compatibility Mode in windows 10.
It is apparently possible to detect this state of play. Windows may do this / suggest this to users if there are particular kinds of crashes in Firefox. It might be useful to get some telemetry for how many people see this, and/or make our code more resilient towards it happening - it should run fine without compat mode kicking in.
