Details

If Mozilla browser is loaded and all other windows are minimized or it is the
only window open, it will not minimize.  It appears that what is occuring is
that each time a window is minimized, the browser layout is redrawing and is not
reading that it is minimized.  If you minimize all windows the browser pops back up.
