Steps to reproduce:
Currently, for XUL/XPCOMM, the cookie permissions for the entire Firefox instance can be set via setting values using nsIPermissionManager.
Actual results:
Is the functionality to set the FF instance default cookie permissions available yet in WebExtensions?
Expected results:
If not, I would like to request this ability.
