User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 Build ID: 20160922113459 Steps to reproduce: Currently, for XUL/XPCOMM, the cookie permissions for the entire Firefox instance can be set via setting values using nsIPermissionManager. Actual results: Is the functionality to set the FF instance default cookie permissions available yet in WebExtensions? Expected results: If not, I would like to request this ability.
