hi,
China licensed iPhone with iOS 10 was customized a function of the "network permissions", when people new install App, the application in addition to the general permission request, will take a new request: XXX to allow the use of data?[attachment 1 [details] [diff] [review]]

The application can start networking only when "Allow" is selected.

However, the current "network permissions" function is not perfect, in some China licensed iPhone, when users open a new App, the request network authorization prompt box has a chance does not appear, so the application error occurs.[attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review]]

To fixed it,user needs to manually enter iOS settings turn off and open the Wireless LAN Assistant switch. I have give a solution and more detail explanation in here[https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/22920631].

I think we should make a gui task to help people who encountered this problem

Is it possible to make the same screenshots as in the blog post in English? Then we can better understand what this is about.

Unfortunately the request doesn't appear all the time. User needs to manually enter iOS settings turn off and open the WLAN Assist switch to make it appear. This option only appear in China licensed iPhone with iOS 10.
