Using Mozilla 0.9.9 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.9)
Gecko/20020311) which was installed over 0.9.7 (which worked pretty well), the
browser window sometimes won't minimize.  It can go between full screen and
windowed, but neither the minimize button on top nor clicking on the toolbar
will minimize it.  Only exiting Mozilla will get it off the screen.  This
problem crops up maybe 30% of the time -- some sessions are fine.  I haven't
figured out a pattern.  

(I'm using Win98 "FE" with 128MB on an Athlon 1000 with Matrox G400 video.)
