1322871 - Select All + Cut URL from address bar doesn't copy URL to clipboard

Select All + Copy URL from the address bar works correctly, but Select All + Cut does not.

STR:
1. Press and "Select All" in the Focus address bar.
2. Choose "Cut" text.
3. In another app, try to Paste the copied URL.

RESULT:
The clipboard's previous contents will be pasted instead of the URL.

This is not a regression. I am testing the Focus Buddy Build but this also happens with the Focus 2.0.1 release in the App Store.
