The man page says OPTIONS A summary of the options supported by firefox is included below. ... Mozilla options -h, -help Show summary of options. Please change that last Show summary of options. to Show all options. Also are you sure you want to say Mozilla options not Firefox options?

I suspect the man page was created by a distribution - I can't find any record of this in our source code.

Hence I'd suggest contacting the distribution that formed the version of Firefox you're using.
