Not sure when this is happening but I've noticed this a few times in the console. It's not in my console right now, or I'd have pasted the error here, but FWIW I remember it comes from https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/8103c612b79c2587ea4ca1b0a9f9f82db4b185b8/toolkit/components/passwordmgr/LoginManagerParent.jsm#75. Not sure if I got the right component for this, if you know the right component please change it.
If the error is from passwordmgr, the bug should probably live there too.
