I set media.autoplay.enabled to false to prevent media form automatically playing, but now i need to click on video links 4 times to get it to play.

Component: Audio/Video → Audio/Video: Playback
I think we definitely need a list of media that tried to autoplay and allow individual streams to play if we so desire. I think there's little value in trying to guess when something sohuld or should not play. Just let user enable individual streams.

I experience a similar issue and believe it could be considered related:
When media.autoplay.enabled is "false", Spotify web player does not work any more, i.e. using the "play" button does not result in the media being played. Instead, nothing happens.
I have toggled "media.autoplay.enabled" a few times and, indeed, when autoplay is enables Spotify web player does work.
