Details
When opening a local file using the "Open File or Location..." option in the "File" menu, this file is placed on the screen in a new window, however, the previous window cannot be accessed from either the Win NT task bar or clicking on the window itself (new window remains in front of the old window). Only by closing the new window can the previous window be accessed once again. I have tried opening a number HTML and XML files, each with a different initial page, only to have the problem persist. However, the problem doesn't seem to occur when opening another HTTP URL page.
