13243 - [L12y] PLS move *.properties files to chrome directories

Hi, Steve:



Would you please move the following two *.properties files to
their chrome directory (wallet?) by Sept-13-99? They are part of
the UI and need to be placed under chrome/ so we reference them
via chrome URLs.


	./res/cookie.properties
	./res/wallet.properties

May I assume that these two files are now obsolete?

	./package/res/cookie.properties
	./package/res/wallet.properties


Seems to me the new files are:

./package/chrome/wallet/locale/en-US/WalletEditor.properties
./package/chrome/wallet/locale/en-US/SignonViewer.properties
./package/chrome/wallet/locale/en-US/CookieViewer.properties
./package/chrome/wallet/locale/en-US/WalletPreview.properties

No, they are not obsolete, they have been moved.  There are six files that I
use, and all six of them are now in chrome/wallet/locale/en-US.  Previously
cookies.properties and wallet.properties were not in that directory, but they
are there now (that's what this bug report was requesting).
