Inconsistent folder UI display design of bookmark and history on Fennec.
When there are sub folders in History, Back to full history is displayed; while there is no "BACK" selection in Bookmark.


Action: need more discussion to have consistent user experience.

note: heard from Jack that under bookmark it's intended to not using more rows from the top.
