Details

Earlham's libraries' web site isn't working. There's a Javascript menu that is supposed to be contained in the big white space, which is all that Mozilla Build ID: 2002032003 (0.9.9+) Windows 98 sees. IE 6 sees the menu. Probably tech evangelism.
worksforme, linux build 2002-03-19-06 trunk and 2002-03-20 cvs build. Any errors in the JS console?
It looks like Preferences | Advanced | Scripts and Windows | Change Images , when unchecked, prevents it from working. No errors on the Javascript console. Resolving as worksforme.
