Details

to gain visibility in the automated alerts we have for the build_metrics, we should post summaries to mozilla.dev.builds. If this becomes noisy- it might be a good idea to reduce the data we ingest, set higher thresholds for alerts, or reduce alerting on some data.
As far as I know the build_metrics alerts are now being sheriffed, so I don't think this is necessary. Reopen if you disagree.
