In bug 1319987, we removed the FuzzingWrapper.
The FuzzingWrapper works by adding a layer between the MFR's callback handler and the MediaRawData. However, such callback system no longer exists.
the FuzzingWrapper should be rewritten to be compatible with MozPromise.
