Using builds dated 19990907M11 on Win98, linux and mac the addressing To: field
in a New Msg is too narrow.  On windows, 1/2 the character is hidden, on Mac the
characters are too small to read on linux the characters fit, but are really
small.  This is very annoying.

1. Launch Messenger (using -mail)
2. Click New Msg toolbar button
3. Click on To: field and start typing

Results:  Field is too narrow, characters hard to read
Expected:  Field is reasonable size so characters fit and are readable.

reassign to Paul as he's in charge of the addressing area in Message Compose

This bug depends on 13495.  It is not a XUL/CSS problem.

Should be fixed for all platforms.  The GFX text widgets were turned on and they
correct this issue.
