Details

Tracks all work for adding new profile markers.

As far as I can tell, the only marker missing is Javascript (with causeName to know why JS is called and to tell apart rFA from rIC, etc) and the console.* time stamps and spans.

AFAIK we don't have bugs filed for those yet.
Looks like we got parity and all further work is happening attached to bug 1329161
