STR: 1. Be in a captive portal. 2. Click on the Open Login Page when the notification appears. (do not log in yet) 3. Open HTTPS URL such as https://twitter.com 4. On the cert error page, click the button to open the login page 5. A _new_ login page will be opened, separate from the one opened at step 2 - Clicking the button should take you to the same page opened at step 2, so the user wouldn't end up with extra opened login pages.
Bug 1313568 would ideally fix this if we keep the reference to the portal tab shared between windows like I think we should.
