See bug 1320994 comment 70 on how to fix this proper. For now bug 1320994 fixed this by increasing the timeout of the condition that this bug is about.
> a clean solution would be to get rid of this waitForCondition completely. Eg. we could observe the recording-device-events notification to know when the preview stream has started (this is all happening in the parent process when displaying the preview, so it should be relatively easy to do).
