[Affected versions]: - latest Nightly 53.0a1 (2016-12-22) - latest Aurora 52.0a2 (2016-12-22) - 51.0b9 (20161219140923) - 50.1.0 (20161208153507) [Affected platforms]: - Ubuntu 14.04 x86 - Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Lanuch Firefox 2. Navigate to about:config and confirm that: * media.getusermedia.screensharing.allow_on_old_platforms is false; * media.getusermedia.screensharing.enabled is true * media.getusermedia.screensharing.allowed_domains is set to many different websites, including mozilla.github.io 3. Go to https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html 4. Open Paint or Microsoft Edge (for Windows platform case) (or Terminal, for Ubuntu platform case) 5. Click the Application button, look for the application chosen in step 4 and inspect its name [Expected result]: - The sharing drop down suggestively displays the right name of the chosen open application [Actual result]: - The sharing drop down displays either the name of the last open window (e.g. for Terminal and Paint), or the application path (e.g. for Microsoft Edge), this situation causing confusion and misunderstanding [Regression range]: - This issue is not a recent regression, as is reproducible all the way back to Firefox 42 [Additional notes]: - The issue is not reproducible on Mac platforms

Mass change P2->P3 to align with new Mozilla triage process.

Is this problem Windows specific? On Linux with GNOME Wayland, everything seems to work fine.
