Bug 1295375 changed the universal builds to 64bit only in Firefox 53, and two rules were added to Balrog to not update 32bit users a broken browser. The rule id's are 481 & 482. This bug is about doing the same for Aurora when 53 merges there in January.

this is now live: * watershed: current 32 osx users <20170123004004 (the last 52.0 aurora nightly) will get 20170123004004 * 32 osx users who are on 20170123004004 won't get further updates but instead get No-Update
