Details
Bug 1295375 changed the Mac universal builds to 64bit-only in Firefox 53, and two rules were added to Balrog to not update 32bit users to a broken browser. The rule id's are 481 & 482. This bug is about doing the same for Beta when 53 merges there in March 2017.
