132578 - Unable to send mails in Unsent folder

Hi I am in an always on lan kind of enviornment, sometimes I select "send later"
option after message composition this puts the message in my "Unsent Messsages"
 in my "Local Folder" doing  a send unsent message on this folder does not send
the Message

Confirming (Mozilla/5.0 NT4.0 rv:1.0rc1 Gecko/20020422)
When using "Unsent messages" on the "Local" account, it works only the time you
write the message. When you restart Mozilla it doesn't recognizes, that the
messages are to be sent (the menu item sent unsent messages is disabled) which
is quite bad (it is one of the reasons, I'm still using NS4 even though it
cannot handle mul;tiple mail accounts in a single profile).

Shouldn't be the component changed to "Mail Database" or "Mail backend" (or
something else)?

Jahagirdar, is this bug still an issue for you?  Did you check for the condition 
suggested in comment 3?
I am unable to reproduce the problem with Mozilla 1.3 or 1.4.  Have you tried a 
later build?
